J & R Productions can help with nearly all aspects of event planning - from the booking of venues and hotels, to setting you up with vendors, we have all your needs covered. Our event planning services can actually save you money by negotiating lower prices for you with many vendors.

We provide event planning services for both our social and corporate clients. We can make any arrangements that you need or want. Our vast collection of vendor referrals will make planning an event much simpler. We have both in-house services as well as out-of office contacts such as caterers and florists. We are also happy to arrange for rental of any equipment you might want for your event, including (but not limited to) chocolate fountains, gaming tables, and popcorn machines. We will track the event-planning stages for you and ensure that every detail is double-checked.

We also offer many options for Event Coordination for the times you need a “go to” person for just a day or even a week. We will meet with your vendors and follow up on the day of your event to ensure that everything is done in accordance with your wishes. This allows you to enjoy the event rather than be distracted by little details or problems.
